family pictures at silver lake

for our christmas card this year i wanted to have pictures that fit the part (scenic + snowy). so when i saw how beautiful my friend krista's family pictures turned out up at silver lake, i knew i had to follow suit! luckily, krista is an amazing photographer as well and OH MY GOODNESS!! they turned out better than i could have hoped for. the kids were incredibly cooperative (considering the circumstances!) and i think it really helped since they know & love krista :)

since a picture is worth a thousand words, i'll let them do the rest of the talking!
