danny and i have met so many wonderful people through teaching seminary.
the hedlund's are no exception.
dan hedlund was recently featured on lds.org (his picture is on the main page)
and also won the world-wide "in search of incredible" contest by jason mraz.
he found out he had cancer just three weeks after getting married, and four years later he is now in remission. he really is such an incredible guy and we feel so blessed to know him. every time we see them, i am amazed at their upbeat, positive outlook on life.

Wow! Incredible! (Does he know about veganism? He could pretty much rule out the possibility of future cancer growth.)
