eat your greens!

He started off trying to devour the lettuce, and then we moved on to something a little more age-appropriate :) He wasn't quite sure how he felt about the peas, but overall I think he did pretty well!

(After dinner, I pulled off his socks...only to discover this!! Baby toe lint at its finest! :)

rice cereal

I honestly can't remember if this was Graham's first time eating rice cereal (I kind of think he had eaten it a couple times before these pictures were taken...) but either way, this was one of the first times & he has been a fan of food from the very beginning! He still loves to chow down but there is something so sweet about when they are just so brand-new at eating. I love it!!

After eating, the kids love to give their little baby brother lots of snuggles. He sure loves it!!!

graham collins turns four months!

Graham is the sweetest little boy! My goodness we love him. It's crazy to think about life before Graham. We are all totally smitten. He's almost six months now, but here are his stats from his 4 month check up. Not the biggest baby on the planet, but we think he's pretty perfect!

weight: 13.91 lbs (16.4%)

length: 25.15 (45.55%)

head: 16.63 (66.18%)

On Wednesday I took him into the clinic here in town because his eye was wayyy goopy & everytime he woke up his eye would be glued shut. (It was the saddest thing! He'd be smiling so big with only one eye open!) We got eye drops & he's doing MUCH better. Here are his current stats (taken on August 22nd):

graham's blessing

Our sweet little guy, Graham Collins McKinley, was given a name and a blessing on May 4, 2014. Words can't describe how much we love him. He is such a good baby & we are so glad that he's here! Danny gave him a wonderful blessing, and after sacrament meeting, we had some of our family members join us for a waffle bar. It was delicious!! I got the special Belgian waffle recipe from my friend Kim & even ordered the pearl sugar on Amazon. We had toppings galore & it definitely hit the spot.

Krista is probably getting sick of taking pictures of us, but hopefully not, because she is amazing!!! Zach & Krista came down two weeks after Graham was born & brought dinner and took pictures. What a combo. (We love you guys!!) If you are in the area and need pictures taken, Krista is your girl!

She had so many tips & tricks up her sleeve for photographing newborns & Graham cooperated so well. I absolutely love these pictures, and know that we will cherish them for a long, long time. Thanks again Krista.
